It is our continuous dedication to quality, safety, and efficiency that has made us leaders within our industry. We provide professional concrete services for a wide range of projects, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, and residential construction projects.

Francois Paradis
President
Francois started working in construction and concrete forming back in 1995 as a carpenter/helper. Over the years he continued developing his skills as a rigger and became a crane operator in 1999. After years of being an instrumental part of completing large projects, Zoning Construction LTD was founded in 2007 and has grown every year since.

Danny always welcomed hard work at an early age and began his construction career in 1997 as a helper/carpenter. He quickly moved up the ranks due to his work ethic and quality workmanship, and he became a forman at the young age of 21 years old. After almost a decade of building and managing large projects for other companies, the natural evolution was to start his own company with his brother Francois in 2007.
